Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally. For international deliveries, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon receipt, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Methods and Timelines

Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. You can track the status of your delivery using the provided tracking number on our website or through the courier’s website.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the package, a delivery notification card may be left at the recipient’s address. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection as instructed by the courier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at theheritageofscotland@hotmail.com so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the delivery details, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been dispatched.
